The day on the Schlossberg starts at the buffet: a wide choice of fresh food and regional specialities, with speciality coffees and teas and a glass of sparkling wine. The breakfast buffet costs €26 per person.
Monday to Friday and on Sundays, breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:00 am; on Saturdays you can take your time, from 7:00 to 11:30 am. The buffet is open seven days a week, including Mondays and Tuesdays when our restaurant is closed.
A reservation is required for the breakfast buffet.

On special dates we host a brunch, such as our St. Nicholas brunch. The buffet typically offers cold meats and cheeses, muesli, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and a bread station, with hot drinks, juices and a glass of sparkling wine; at lunchtime salads, main courses and a dessert are added. At Christmas there is also a Christmas breakfast buffet in the festively decorated ballroom.
