City Residenz Schlossberg in Homburg town centre (Kirchenstraße 3) offers furnished studios, apartments and a maisonette of approx. 23 to 100 m² for longer stays. A night costs from €65, with lower rates from 7 and from 30 nights, and monthly rates start at €900 (minimum stay 3 months). The apartments are not in the hotel building on the Schlossberg; reception service is provided by Schlossberg Hotel from 7am to 11pm.

Location
City Residenz Schlossberg is in the centre of Homburg, at Kirchenstraße 3, 66424 Homburg. Schlossberg Hotel stands at the top of the Schlossberg hill, at Schlossberg-Höhen-Straße 1. They are two separate buildings: you live in town, not in the hotel.
Even though the apartments are some distance from the hotel, our reception team is there for you. Reception service at Schlossberg Hotel is free of charge for City Residenz guests, from 7am to 11pm.
If you are only staying a few nights and would like breakfast, the restaurant and the view on your doorstep, one of our 66 rooms and suites on the Schlossberg may suit you better.
Apartments
All apartments are furnished and have a king-size bed, a desk, TV, Wi-Fi and a Nespresso machine. Nightly rates go down the longer you stay, and a monthly rate applies from 3 months.

City Residenz is designed for anyone planning a longer stay in Homburg: if you are working locally for a few weeks, supporting a project or simply looking for a furnished flat for a while.

The monthly rate applies to a minimum stay of 3 months. It is €900 for a studio, €1,800 for an apartment and €2,000 for the maisonette. For shorter stays the nightly rates apply, with lower prices from 7 and from 30 consecutive nights.
For stays of 7 nights or more, we clean the apartment once a week, including fresh towels. Bed linen is changed every 14 days.

No. City Residenz Schlossberg is a separate building in Homburg town centre, at Kirchenstraße 3. The hotel is at the top of the Schlossberg. When travelling to your apartment, enter Kirchenstraße 3 in your sat nav.
You can arrive between 3pm and 11pm and should leave by 11am. Other times are possible by arrangement. Keys are handed over in person on site or via a key box; you will receive the code in good time before you arrive.
